How are shipping rates determined?
Shipping rates from Johannesburg to Zambia are based on the volumetric or actual weight of the package, whichever is greater at the time of forwarding the parcel to Zambia.
How is volumetric weight calculated?
L x W x H in cm and then divide by 2000 = Volume Weight. For all your parcels from 0 - 15kg, these are charged on actual weight.
Do you offer any online tracking for shipments?
